It depends on the line. Stocked items — most electronic gadgets, survival kits and sports equipment — start at a single carton for B2C buyers and 50 units for tiered wholesale pricing. Factory-direct custom orders and high-speed bearings typically start at 500 units, though we consolidate smaller orders across buyers on shared lanes.

We run 42 active lanes across 18 countries, concentrated in South and Southeast Asia, the Gulf, the EU, the UK and North America. If your port isn’t on an existing lane, we’ll quote it as a one-off — we just won’t pretend it’ll be as cheap or as fast.

Yes. HS classification, licences, duty forecasting and clearance are part of the freight service. We assign the code, we stand behind it, and if a misclassification is our error the penalty is ours under contract.

The batch doesn’t ship and your balance payment isn’t released. You get the inspection report with photos, and we go back to the factory for rework, replacement or refund. This is the reason we inspect before payment rather than after arrival.

Both. Stocked lines are available to B2C customers with no minimum, shipped by courier. Wholesale pricing, credit terms and replenishment scheduling are for registered B2B accounts.

New accounts: 30% advance, 70% released against a cleared pre-shipment inspection report. Established accounts can apply for Net-30 after three completed orders. We accept wire transfer and letters of credit for container-scale orders.
